Standard coating structures typically include 8 grams of ruthenium and 2 grams of iridium per square meter, with a thickness of about 8 micrometers.     Material Introduction


    In the product development process, we tested several electrode materials, among which the titanium-based ruthenium-iridium coating and titanium-plated platinum anode performed better, because the ruthenium-iridium mixed oxide coating has good electrocatalytic activity through a special process coated on the surface of the titanium substrate, both corrosion resistance and high electrolytic efficiency.

    It turns out that by maximizing the interaction of the catalytic phase and surface area, they can improve the performance of conventional materials. This high-density coating technology allows very thin layers to be deposited, thus increasing cost effectiveness. The mixed metal oxide coated substrate will undergo multiple heat treatments at high temperatures. This process will achieve very good bonding properties between the mixed metal oxide coating and the substrate. The titanium substrate can be re-coated, electrically conductive and catalytically active just like a new battery anode.
