Titanium material is one metal family in three working forms — porous filters that clean, mesh & plate that conduct and structure, and screws that hold it all together. All are cut from commercially pure titanium (Gr.1 / Gr.2).
Every part in this family starts as the same base metal: commercially pure titanium (Grade 1 / Grade 2) — light, strong, and protected by a natural oxide film that regrows instantly in air or water. That film is why titanium shrugs off seawater, chlor-alkali and hypochlorite that eat stainless steel alive.
The same metal is then delivered in three working forms:
Titanium Filter — sintered porous titanium with controlled pores from 0.5 to 200 µm. It filters hot, corrosive fluids without clogging or deforming, and can be back-flushed and reused for years.
Titanium Mesh & Plate — expanded, woven or solid sheet. It works as electrode substrate, current collector and structural plate; the same sheet can be MMO- or Pt-coated for anode duty.
Titanium Screw — Grade 2 / Grade 5 fasteners that never rust, never gall, and hold 40 % lighter than steel at equal strength.
Put the three together and you have a complete build in one metal: a filter that keeps the fluid clean, a plate or mesh that carries the current, and screws that hold the assembly together through years of salt water and chlorine — with none of the galvanic corrosion you get when dissimilar metals meet.

Where the material beginsHOMIXE was founded in Foshan, Guangdong in 2013, in the heart of China's titanium processing belt. What started as a small workshop making titanium fasteners has grown into an 8 200 m² factory with more than 120 staff, covering the full chain from raw titanium sheet to finished filter, mesh, plate and screw.
