High-Quality Platinum Titanium Mesh Anode
The platinized mesh titanium sheet is a titanium substrate coated with a layer of platinum or platinum gold oxide, and the titanium substrate is modified by electroplating or brush coating, which improves the adhesion of platinum and significantly improves the uniformity of the coating thickness. Using medical grade titanium as substrate, platinum was coated by nano plating technology. Nano-plating provides a larger surface area and denser coating to create optimal ORP changes and durability, with the benefit of reduced coating porosity and improved acid resistance of the anode. Other manufacturers use specialized dip and spray applications, which allow the surface to be rough to the touch and the electrodes to be coated on both sides; This reverse polarity design allows continuous cleaning and the electrode plates remain free of calcium or scale buildup.
